Literacy tutoring was more fun when my daughter started with Stacey. The connection was key. Stacey sought out topics of interest that increased her engagement. The excessive and enthusiastic questions were welcomed with genuine smiles and laughs were shared. As a parent this was so important. However, crucial was the actual progress – from sound-letter correspondences through to reading short novels and writing several well structured meaningful paragraphs. Her independence at high school can be attributed substantially to the step by step evidence based program of work that Stacey created for her. I am so grateful.
